At Roland Mouret, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; therefore, we offer a 14-day window from the date of delivery to return items in their original condition with all tags attached. Please note that all returns must be processed through our online portal to ensure a smooth and secure transition back to our atelier.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the Roland Mouret security tags remain intact and the garment is folded carefully.
Label and Ship
Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your portal request to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.
Refund Processing
Once our quality control team has inspected and approved the return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
